WATCH: A motion to repeal citywide rezoning is officially heading to a debate after it passed a technical review at a Calgary city committee Monday.  The move kickstarts a process that could set the stage for a public hearing on the matter in the spring.  But millions in federal housing dollars could be on the line if council repeals the contentious policy.
